A turbulent day of riots and violence in Portland turned deadly Saturday night, as a man was shot and killed after an explosion of gunfire.

The Seattle Seahawks joined the long list of NFL teams who chose to cancel or postpone practices this week in protest of the officer-involved shooting of Jacob Blake.  In his comments about why he chose to cancel Saturday’s practice, Carroll made it clear that his goal was to educate “white people” about “racism in America.

Rampant arson and looting continued in Kenosha, Wisconsin for a second night, as rioters focused their destruction on small businesses in residential neighborhoods.

A large group of Black Lives Matter protesters made their way to, and inside Seattle’s City Hall on Tuesday night. Led by none other than a city council member, according to a report.

Drew Brees addressed President Trump on Friday night after the president criticized him for backing down from his anthem stance. In a statement posted on Twitter, Brees told the president that the anthem protests were “not about the flag,” and that “we as a white community” need to listen and learn from the suffering of the “black communities.
