Nonbinary former Biden official Sam Brinton accused of serial luggage theft released without bail

Samuel Brinton, the former Biden administration senior Department of Energy official facing charges for alleged airport baggage theft, was released from a Minnesota facility Wednesday without bail.  Brinton was charged with stealing a woman’s luggage worth $2,325 near the baggage claim area at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport on Sept. 16.  A judge ordered him to not have contact with any of the victims, the Washington Examiner reported.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green, R-Ga., on Wednesday lashed out at 2024 presidential candidate Nikki Haley as “Bush in heels” for what the GOP lawmaker regards as Haley’s proximity to more traditional Republicanism.  “Nikki Haley is just another George (or Jeb!) Bush,” Greene griped, referring to the nation’s 43rd president in his brother, the former Florida governor who ran unsuccessfully in the 2016 presidential campaign.

FBI twice searched University of Delaware for classified Biden docs: sources

Tennessee Senate approves measure banning gender transition treatment for transgender youth

The Tennessee Senate passed a bill prohibiting medical providers from offering gender-transitioning treatment to transgender youth.  The legislation passed Monday along party lines in a 26-6 vote, with every Republican voting for the bill. The prohibited treatment includes puberty blockers, hormone treatments and gender-transitioning surgeries. Doctors could risk losing their medical licenses if they continue providing the treatment. White House tells governors ‘thousands’ of objects in the skies aren’t aliens, could be used car lot balloons

White House officials were adamant in a virtual briefing with governors on Monday that flying objects recently spotted over North America are not of extraterrestrial origin, according to a recording of the briefing obtained by Fox News Digital.  “There are no UFOs.
